I called to ensure I was NOT billed as I never signed up for this service.
The call center rep James Williams (fake name for sure), stated that I'd be charged if I did not fill out the online cancellation form at cwsupport.us
When I went here he gave me a code, I had to download something. I said I was uncomfortable downloading the form and to please cancel my account and take all my info off of there.
He kept wanting me to download the form stating that I'll be charged in 24 hours if I don't. I said you don't even have my cc info and he said he did.
He started swearing at me. I hung up.
