Individual (Cherise?) called victim stating that they were collecting a debt & if payment was made today, they wouldn't take legal action. Then called victim's parents & tried to get payment.

Victim had attorney (this writer) call back & was hung up on. Attorney called back multiple times & was put on hold immediately upon answering call. Then another person (Mark) called attorney back & demanded to know what kind of attorney they were. Attorney requested name of caller & company, which they refused to give. They then hung up.
