My mom called CVS Silverscript - 844.819.3074 and immediately connected to a woman named Anita. Anita told my mom that she was being made a special offer. For $1.59, she would get a dining gift card. Anita was very pushy and frustrated my mom so my mom gave Anita her address, phone #, date of birth and credit card. After my mom gave this information, she was connected to CVS Silverscript. Anita also gave her two phone numbers to call for additional information: 888.455.9782 and 800.555.1212. Obviously the second number is the phone number for information, but my mom did not know that. My mom called the bank and canceled her credit card. There had not been any other charges other than the $1.59 charge.
