I ordered an ice machine from the small business. It took over 50 days for it to be delivered. I emailed them asking about the ice machine and they told me that due to Covid and postal service being slow to give them more time and that it would be to me shortly. They sent me a tracking number so every week I tracked it but it seemed to be just sitting at one location. On about the 57th day I check my tracking number and it said it was delivered. To make a long story short the week before O received a small package in the mail and it was a cheap watch. I knew I had not ordered a watch. I called the post office in my town and they told me that the tracking number match the number for my ice machine. When I sent the company an email stating that they had sent me the wrong item, they then sent me a email saying that they had made the mistake and sent me the watch by mistake. They said that they could reimburse me 35% of what I paid and keep the watch or I could send the watch back but I would have to cover the cost to send it back. When I told them it was not my fault they said that they are a small company and could not pay the cost of returning the watch. I then sent them another email stating that I was going to contact the ScamPulse.com and they then said that they would give me 50% of my money back but I would have to send the watch back and then when they paid the cost to send the watch back they said the would deduct their cost from the 50% they would return to me. They had told me that it would cost about $30 to send it back. I only paid a total of $37.97,so that means I would not get anything back if you deduct $30 of what it would cost to send it back. I told them that any route that I go I am losing money and being ripped off. Please! some one help me get all my money back.
