CVG returns Reports & Reviews (23)

I ordered 2 sets of enameled cast iron cookware because shipping was paid for if you ordered 2. Of course its paid for...I never received my ordered but the charged my bank cc and claimed they had sent it. I believe it constitutes mail fraud which is a federal offense esp since they provided a fraudulent tracking number that doesn't exist.
Also provided this CVG RETURN ADDRESS which looks to be a big scam as well.
Please stop these creeps from stealing from hard working folks so they can steal from us setting on their back sides.
I know the USPS postal service and States Attorney should be interested in these criminal activities.

In Sept I did a stupid thing and ordered luggage from Focus Novelty (out of UK) that was advertising on Facebook. I did look up to see they had a website but I did not see luggage listed but dumb me ordered it anyway. It never came and every time I emailed I got an excuse but they finally did give me a tracing # when tracked it was delivered to North Pole AK (seriously!). I disputed the charge and the credit card company receive a copy of my receipt and a USPS shipping label which when tracked shows it was delivered in my town. So they would not give me credit. I could not remember 2 months in the past receiving anything "stupid" like I read here people did. So I took the USPS copy to the Post Office and asked if they could give me any information; 1. even though the slip showed my address--it was NOT delivered to me but another address in the same city (tracking only shows cities not addresses!) 2. the paid $4.55 first class mail to ship it . 3. It weighted 8oz (suitcases weight more than that!) 4. the package was left in the mailbox (at the address it was delivered to-again not mine) -- suitcases do not fit into a mailbox. After resubmitting all this and other evidence to the credit card, I finally got the charge taken off my account. I wanted to post this so others running into the same scenario will not take things at face value (which is what Paypal and Credit card companies do) and take the copy of the USPS label to the Post Office and have them give you the information so you can dispute with knowledge.

I bought something from “Miami Fl”
They used CVG returns to ship the product to me. Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the product so since the website doesn’t have a return address I sent it back to CVG return. Reading everyone’s concern, I believe that people are buying products and using CVG. And CVG are keeping the actual products bought and sending out cheap items instead. In my case since I had to return, they’re going to claim they didn’t receive it and that way the merchant can keep my money. Fortunately for me I have and keep my receipts. The merchant is threatening to sue me cause I did a charge back and they’re claiming I still have the product. I told them I wasn’t going to drop the charge back. CVG are apparently scammers and the merchant (305 ice) are too. This will be a lesson learned. Don’t buy from businesses on Instagram EVER

I did not order nor purchase to this package to any website of CVG Returns. I even didn’t know where it came from, I think this a scam or suspicion package.

I received a mysterious package today from CVG Returns. Inside was a very WIG cheap. There is not a packing slip inside or any information on where these came from . So I'm unable send IT them back. I did not order THIS WIG. I have been researching that this is possibly a "brushing" scam. At this time I am unaware if the scammer tried taking any money but as of now, my accounts all appear to be okay.

Maybe you purchased something that wasn’t what was received. These 3rd party distribution centers are handling shipping and are keeping items bought and sending out cheap products instead.

Same thing I also have to checked my account and none of it has been taken.

Today I got a parcel which was delivered from CVG returns. In the parcel, some kind of neck strap in there. They look like dog neck straps (I don't know exactly what they are). Anyway, I just feel worried about thinking that someone snatched my personal information (my name and address).

I ordered 2 micro SD cards, an XXXTENTACION poster, and an XXXTENTACION dog tag for my son.
I ordered these from AliExpress. Yesterday, I received one package. In it contained 3 smaller individualized packages. One was the poster. The other two contained a camouflaged baseball cap and a pair of sunglasses. The other 4 weird rubber things that we can't even figure out what they're for. Last night, I looked in my account and didn't see that I ordered those 3 things. I thought I was losing my mind. Then, decided to pull the packages out of the trash. One was addressed to someone in Germany & the other in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The dolt that packaged them obviously wasn't paying attention & sent mine to someone else! Now what?! I'm out $20 now.

I received a mysterious package during the Holidays from CVG Returns. Inside are a pair of very cheap, lightweight women's boots. There is not a packing slip inside or any information on where these came from so I'm unable to send them back. I did not order these boots. I have been researching that this is possibly a "brushing" scam. At this time I am unaware if the scammer tried taking any money but as of now, my accounts all appear to be okay.

Don’t know what I ordered, however, received a mouse trap today from CVG returns.

I received two incredibly cheap Christmas "things." A Santa who looks like Genghis Khan and a tiny plastic house. I have no idea how they got my address and I'm checking my credit card to see if they're taking money. My plan is to send them back--of course, that costs me money. . . .

I got a cheap "JBL Flip4" that I never ordered. Odd thing is I was looking into buying one from the JBL website. I don't know if they charged it to a CC or it's from something I ordered before and never got. I can't remember! That sucks! I'm looking into reporting it as a scam.

I got elephants today from this place. I did not order anything from this entity but it appeared in the mail today. Wondering how they got my address. I see other people had similar experiences. What are they gaining from sending crap people did not order.

I have gotten bitten and I am afraid that it has happened a second time. My loss was on a "laptop" that was $99, too good to be true I know. I received a squishy pig that fits in the palm of my hand. It is wearing a lovely red hat and blue scarf. Really ugly sunglasses or a watch would have been great!

It was to purchase an ice maker for under $20, which I know is too good to be true. After I paid, it showed it was coming from China. After 3 months, I received an ugly pair of sunglasses from CVG Returns in Hebron KY. I never ordered these glasses. I checked online and this group is racking up...BEWARE

I got a package today containing a watch that I never ordered, I am not sure how they got my address as I have never ordered anything from them and I never ordered a watch. I had an issue a while back where I was hacked in my back account a few months ago when I was deployed for the DMAT team to Texas but thought that it was all resolved don't believe any money was taken but I am not 100% sure. Any help would be amazing. I am not sure where to go from here.

It was to purchase an ice maker for under $20, which I know is too good to be true... I just wanted to test and see if it was legit or scam so I could tell others. Definitely scam. I checked online and this group is racking up.. so many people have reported ordering ice machines and receiving this cheap watch

CVG is known for sending cheap products and keeping your item that was purchased

Product purchased was a smart foldable treadmill Took forever to ship. Instead got a knock off watch.

Uncomfortable to divulge personal information.

That’s what CVG does. You buy something they keep it and send you a cheap product
