I purchased a rug from cuztomgifts.com but received a mat. I emailed the address for returns and got a generic answer of a follow-up with no other response. The mat was of very poor quality. I did not realize that sale items can not be returned but all items are for sale on this site so nothing can be returned. Stay away from it at all possible costs. This is what the return policy says under the item, RETURN & WARRANTY
