CuztomBoxGifts and Shelby Brothers Inc. is an international scamming company that sells fake products and sends you something completely different from your expected purchase. They will sell "hand-made rugs" and you will receive a plastic sheet with a terrible print on it - see photo.

This has been reported hundreds of times and I wish the government would do something to shut them down.

I was browsing on the internet for an area rug. Cuztomboxgifts.com had several design area rugs in the category I was looking for. I selected one of them and paid using my Capital One VISA credit card. Today I received an email informing me the product is shipped and a tracking number was given. But I was not able to track the shipment. Then I went to ScamPulse.com website, where this company was listed as a Scam business.

I was going to order a rug from cuztomboxgifts.com. I put in my cc # and clicked place order. There was no confirmation. Everything just went blank. Then I got a weird email from some sort of fake paypal. I don't even use paypal. I tried to cancel my order immediately but was not able to. The customer support email shoots back as an invalid address. I got an email from [email protected] even though i don't use paypal. This is so weird. I just want to cancel my order. I am going to contact my credit card company immediately.

Unsatisfied with product from Cuztomboxgifts.com. sent messages to online support only to be rejected and returned. Also mailed a letter to address of business only to be returned. There was no telephone number to call.
