After having of anxiety after starting college I decided to get a dog as an emotional support animal. After looking through lots of website I found this page for poodles and emailed them though their page, they contacted me pretty fast asking me a few question to see if I was a good home for their puppy “because the cared where their puppies where going” they seemed really nice and concerned for their puppies. After a few question and information exchanged the payment was made through zelle, then I was told that they were going to take the puppy to the agency to ship him on a flight. Got an email saying that the agency didn’t have a flight for him that day and not wanting to stay at the agency stranded then the puppy would be delivered the next day. The next day get an email saying that puppy was at the agency and gave me a pdf of the puppies “tracking number” (you shouldn’t get a tracking number when getting a dog on a flight) and that the agency should send me an email soon to kept them updated “please”. Then got an email from the “agency” that a rental for an “thermal electronic crate” was needed for the puppy’s health on the flight, they gave me a list of options for crates and that my money would just be for rent and that an agent would give me back the money by check or cash when I picked up the puppy. The crates were $990-$1200, I obviously suspected this was a scam so therefore did pay that but had already been robbed of $500 so I contacted the seller again and asked for my money back they said they’d send it in tomorrow and I asked if they could use zelle and to do at that moment and answered “we have a 30 days money back guarantee you will be refunded tomorrow” and then called the man he answered and pretended he couldn’t hear me after I asked about the money and hung up when I called back he had blocked my number.
