CUTE DOODLES KENNEL SCAM DO NOT BUY

I found the website cutedoodleskennel.com that was offering golden doodle puppies for 50% off because of the christmas season. It also listed these puppies as 12 weeks old but all the photos looked like 6-8 week old puppies. So initial thought that they we just old photos. **RED FLAG** none of the photos looked like they were taken in the same environment nor looked liked they came from the same litter, but i still looked past it cause of the 50% off doodle was a steal. I got in contact with the breeder who went by Ray Marsha, started by emailing me from [email protected] asking questions about the home i would be bringing the dog into, then the next morning texted me pictures of the dogs i was interested in. He said was based in Atlanta, GA and I in TX so he would ship the dog to me. We texted back and forth for awhile and I ended up sending him $1220 total which was $900 for the puppy and $320 for shipping. He said after payment he would immediately work with the shipping company to get a flight for the dog, and the dog would be delivered straight to my door as it is flying with a carrier nanny. Upon getting stressed that it was a scam i asked for a refund and that i didnt want the puppy anymore, he managed to talk me down and get him to trust him enough to continue with the process. After he "dropped the dog off at the shipping agency," i got a call from the agency confirming everything, included the time the puppy would be dropped off and was told there was a chance i would need to rent a crate where i would get 90% refund upon delivery. At this point I was emailed a tracking number and tracking link, my tracking number was correct, but he had accidentally emailed me a link for another person adopting a dog, which had her contact info on there. I texted her about her process and if she trusted him, but she hadnt responded for awhile. I continued with the process and received an email from the shipping company name Priority Mail saying that I would need to rent a crate for either second class: $1050 or first class $1250. At this point I could not afford to pay this and asked to cancel the delivery and for a full refund. The agency tried to tell me it was too late to cancel and that I needed to pay, I said we just got off the phone where you told me I could cancel, so i am cancelling and will not be paying. Then I contacted the breeder and asked for a full refund and he said there was nothing he could do and I demanded for the full refund again and he agreed to send it when he got off work 2-3hours later. I contacted him again with no response, then tried calling the number and at this point it had been disconnected. At this point, the other person who was also buying from this breeder had texted me back saying she too had felt she was being scammed, and it was confirmed when he used different numbers to communicate with us through and cut off all communication with both of us. The numbers he was contacting her through had also been disconnected and she even reached out through email and asked to come pick up the puppy instead of having it shipped, and he stopped responding. I have found a post almost identical to this with a website called super cute doodles kennel, and i am almost positive it is the same people running the scam because the stories are so similar. Also, the other person who was buying a puppy found one of the photos of the dogs online as a stock photo. DO NOT FALL FOR THESE. always meet the dog and the breeder before agreeing to send anymore than a deposit, wish i had been smarter
