I received a call from a man claiming I won 650,000 and that it had been there for 2 months and the Consumer protection agency was going to take the funds away unless I called the second number. He said they were from customs from another country and only carry packages over 10,000 dollars and that they couldn't send it because of the value of the money. He talked to me for over 20 minutes to 30 minutes and told me I had to call the consumer protection agency to get my money. I didn't call the second number and feel like this was a scam.
