I ordered a large rug for Christmas mid December 2023. The website claims "Rugs are made to order & we ship them 1-3 weeks after orders are placed. You'll receive an email when your order process's and an email when your order ships with a tracking code." I received an email saying my order was processed but after three weeks I never received an email updating me on my order's shipping status. I inquired through email about my order and no response. I have emailed multiple times for an update to my order status and no word is given. It is now over two and a half months after my order was accepted and my money taken, and still no word back on if I am ever going to receive my rug.

Additionally, on TikTok's latest uploaded video to their promotional page, their was two other comments from other customers who never received their order either. They were complaining asking where their orders were, claiming they ordered around the same time my order was placed mid December 2023. Those comments have since been deleted, indicating to me the business owner is aware of these unfulfilled orders as they would need to be read in order to know to delete them. This makes me worry that the owner is just going to take the money and not acknowledge the unfulfilled orders.
