Michael Charles is the name of the scammer. His add is on the website and has a review with Houzz and it looks real. He is also in Offer Up App and other Social media platforms. He will tell you that they don’t go out on free estimates that you’ll have to pay $200. After I paid he said he’ll send somebody to measure but he showed up himself. He ask for payment of half of the project which is $2,500. He will ask you to send it through Zelle or PayPal. A receipt was also generated and was e mailed to me. Once he received the funds you’ll never hear from him again. I was scammed for $2,500. Beware.
