Do Not Order From This Company!

I ordered a personalized doormat on 12/4/21 that was promised before Christmas. I checked before ordering and the company address was in Ontario California. So why did my item ship from CHINA?!? They provided bogus tracking info that said delivered to Vernon Vernon US. There is no such place. Their tracking info shows “Arrived at partner facility awaiting USPS pickup” for days and days. No city or state mentioned. When I emailed the company(there is no phone number), as to where my package was I was told at my local post office and I should get it in a few days. They could not tell me where my local post office was and ignored me when I said I hadn’t received it. They also ignored my three requests for a refund. I just filed with BBB. Don’t waste your time with this company. They now have my cc info and I will have to cancel my card as well! I hate liars and scammers!

This is a Scam!

Ordered custom mat. Company says it’s located in Ontario CA. Then my mat was shipped from China by a bogus carrier. Bogus tracking info contains no city or state info. Emails have been returned with none of my questions answered and my request for a refund has been ignored. I just filed on this company with BBB. Do not waste your time or money. This is not a real company. Considering cancelling my cc as I am now afraid they will be making illegal charges on my account next.

Type of a scam Identity Theft

Made a purchase of 38.20 on 5/11/2021 at customlyusa.com. A few hours later there was over $1000 stolen from my account. Upon further investigation by my bank and myself it turns out this is not a real company. There are already several complaints about this company. My bank cancelled all pending payments but need to report this company. They are stealing peoples card information and identity in order to make fraudulent purchases.

I ordered a custom camping rug for my trailer. It says Customly USA but it ships out of China and then gets lost and customer service acts nice but they never resolve the issue. I still have not received my order at time of this complaint it’s been over 2 months.
