I ordered a blanket on 12/12/23 that was supposed to arrive by 12/24/23. On 12/20/23 I hadn't received any shipping information so I contacted customer service and they said they were doing their best due to high order volume. The blanket I ordered did not arrive by 12/24/23 but I gave them a grace period because it's a busy time of year and I assumed it would arrive before the New year. Today is 1/29/24 and I have still not received the blanket. The last tracking update was on 1/11/24 so I assume the item was lost in transit but the company is refusing to give me a refund. I have been emailing back and forth for the past few days, never getting the same customer service representative, and they just keep saying to wait patiently.

They originally tell you that they ship from California. Then you see that it is coming from China. I ordered a blanket, it took forever for the shipping to update and it kept going back and forth, almost like they were updating it themselves. The blanket arrived a month late and it wasn’t exactly what I ordered. It was too small and the colors were wrong. I emailed them and there response was “We can send a new one, but YOU have to pay $15.” They would only refund a certain amount for their mistake, too.

I ordered on December 6, 2023-still have not received it 1-9-24. I have emailed them several times and I get the same email response, The order is in transit so the order cannot be cancelled. They give a tracking number showing it is still in China, waiting for the carrier to pick it up.

Absolutely a scam.

SCAM Do Not Order From Customize Ball

Ordered a stadium blanket, never received the product, sent me on a wild goose chase to the post office stating it was waiting for me there because I was not present when the blanket was being delivered, NOT at the post office, claimed I was supposed to sign for it, never received the blanket-Im out ~$70. Waiting on my bank to see if I can get my money back.

First saw the ad for their website on Tiktok (I should have known better). They advertised their sweaters, sweatshirts, blankets, and footballs that have drawings of various football stadiums. It is clear to me now they are a scam. Their website has no phone number listed and the tracking is clearly fake. According to the tracking my order hasn’t moved since December 12, the day I ordered it. I have requested a cancellation of my order and full refund but I have low hopes.

Ordered 3 items on November 28. Website said processing would take 5-10 business days and I would receive an email once the order was shipped. As of today, December 20 I still have not received any further information about my purchase. I emailed customer service at the 13 day mark asking for an update. I received an immediate reply that said "...it may take 2-8 business days to manufacture." Seems like an automatic reply to any inquiry. After a google search it seems that I am not the only one who has never received items that were ordered and paid for. Not a good look.

Ordered on the website, was given a receipt. After a week, no new information about the shipping or product was given. Contacted by email, and received general message saying they would contact me again with an update 12 hours later. Did not receive any follow up. Contacted through facebook chat to try to a different avenue, and did not receive any additional comments. Upon looking at several comments on the facebook page, it seems that the company has not shipped out product, or has sent wrong or incorrect product. I requested a refund, and had no luck getting a answer back. Went through my bank to dispute the charge and I am waiting.
