I ordered the item on 11/25/22 and was guaranteed express shipping based on my order amount ($151). I got a confirmation my order had been received. No response for two weeks that my order had shipped or being made. I reached out via email on 12/7/22 only to get a "thank you for ordering response, your item will ship soon". Finally on 12/17/22 i received an email saying that we are unable to ship because your address in not accurate. After confirming my address, they have on file being accurate I have heard nothing. It has been almost 3 weeks and I still do not have my item. I have requested a full refund, but I have not received a response.
