When I tracked my order bought through Shein it showed that it had been delivered. I have not received it and my emails to [email protected] do not get answered. I have lost $45

I placed an order directly from Shein website. I received an order and tracking number and the parcel said delivered. When I tried asking Shein customer support they said that no such order could be found. I then saw the support email address was [email protected]. Checked if it was a scam and I guess I lost my money. Total amount spent: $39

I have ordered clothing - nothing seems weird - I even followed it via tracking email, but when it showed delivered and I have not received anything - I start to worry and investigate - and found that this email address is a scam - PLEASE CAN SOMEONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS - I have lost R500 (South Africa).

May the online purchase for $36 thinking that I was making the purchase from a hair company which the hair company is legit but they lied when I had tried to track my package the tracking number I put in was not legit so I went down on the page to connect to somebody about the information that was given to me was not accurate and I couldn't even contact them or nothing I just want to know why are y'all out here doing this to people when I had contacted the real hair company they said they were not able to help me at all I need help because I don't have money just to give out to people if you have to scam somebody out of some money that is wrong money is a rule of all evil and you will get the consequences at the end of the day it might not be right now it might not be tomorrow heck it might not even be this month all I know is that your day will come and I hope and pray they catch up with you guys so everybody can know about you and I pray that also expose you to everyone cuz you're foul for that

The Scammer located in Hong kong has a fraudulent website. While attempting to purchase from legitimate website)LUVME HAIR) Gluelesshair.com somehow appears with a screen that resembles the legitimate website. The V meshes with the M. Something you dont pick up on initially because your focused on the photos on the screen. Its totally fraudulentnad, deceptive and misleading.

It's causing the legitimate company to be accused of fraudulent practices. So many people are being duped and acammed out of their hard earned money.

Something needs to be done speedily.

Used Hey Dude as a cover. Sent a BS tracking number. We caught on immediately after my wife ordered a pair and realized we had the exact same tracking number.

Ordered on line - I thought was directly from hey dudes company - was told it would ship in 7 days - was not told it was from China and it wasn’t the hey dudes company- tracking number provided does not work says it was delivered 7/16. Sent numerous emails only one scripted response-
