The store in Scarborough Town Centre at 300 Borough Dr. named OroGold but their invoice says Royal Bee. I was lured in with free samples and free consultation. First I paid for a gel that I supposedly got at 50% discount. My card was charged but I wasn't given the product. I was led to believe I was buying from a store but when I got home, I got a mail from a financing company. I was tricked into taking a loan that I knew nothing about. I called 1-877-554-1777 which I saw at the bottom of the receipt and I got someone in the USA who told me to call the Scarborough store. I then called 1-416-290-0454 and immediately addressed the young lady who tried products on my skin informing her that I wanted to cancel the transaction as I was not aware I had taken a loan. She then put me on to the consultant, who sounded surprised that they added interest. Not surprised that it was a loan. He promised to take care of me. This credit application showed me as an employed person although I specifically said that I was unemployed. He never called me back even though he said he would. I returned their products and asked him to cancel the transaction immediately, that I was no longer interested. He never told me I was getting a loan. He said the loan was already booked and the money was already sent to his company. It cannot be undone. He also stated that he would reduce the debt by more than $4,000. He said he would remove the interest and still give me a 50% discount, which they don't normally do, and their company would pay the difference. I was adamant to cancel the transaction. I asked him to reach out to his boss. He said it is a process. It doesn't happen right away. He gave me an email address to send my cancellation request. I emailed twice. Got no response. He took back one bag of products and gave me a new invoice and receipt for the reduced amount.

I have reached out to OroGold and the financing company - LendCare. To date, no one has gotten back to me to cancel the transaction which was deceitfully and fraudulently done. In the meantime, the loan which I did not know I was taking, continues to accumulate interest.
