A toy train was advertised at length all over the internet so I ordered it. It was ordered on November 30 and it never came in for Christmas. I reached out via email and they responded it was on its way and gave me a tracking number. It stated it was in Los Angeles. Then I checked again and it said it was delivered before I even checked in with them. Total Scam

I ordered their Transformer Remote Control Folding Scooterx1 . The price was 34.99 , taxes run it up to 49.99, that’s what they took out of my bank . They called it “Walmart Christmas sale . Said it would take 7-14 days to receive it. So I waited that amount of time for it- they sent me emails with tracking # and only sent a email for me to to talk to them but it was of no avail. The sent tracking number ,company named Global Logistics Track Platform - TRACK 718 and said I could follow it on a map . So finally told me it was being delivered to some address, , I didn’t even know where it was but I looked this address up, went to the house, they said that the haven’t received it, they said that they was even looking for a package that day but it didn’t come in. I left them my cell # .They said they would call me if it came in. The next day I received a small little shawl, made out on a cloth in the mail, from this company in China, I couldn’t believe this . So I got on the Internet and ask them wher was my scooter. They would not answer my email to them . They finally sent me mail that it had been delivered. They had my address from the very start and that is where it was supposed to be delivered. They took down their email tag and . I had sent emails after email to them. They told me to check my mail box or my Post Office of all things. Instead of what I ordered, they send a little scarf . They will not even answer my emails to them, last one told me th CHECK MY MAIL BOX. A scooter WON’T FIT in a mail box. I finally gave up trying to get it , didn’t know what to do anymore. Thank you for listening to my rip off.

Emails were sent back and forth about delivery , The company would mention that it was delivered and tell us to go on to a sketchy website https://www.17track.net/en with a lot of similar confirmation numbers. The website for tracking packages showed tracking location numbers from where delivered from to where delivered to. USPS, FedEx., and UPS, DHL said that they have no eye's on package.
