Hello, my name is *** and I am the Property Manager at Berrien Woods Apartments. Our property has signs posted "No Solicitors and/or salesperson". The Symmetry company still continues to ignore the signs, our & residents request to leave the property. I have called the police several times, but solicitors run and hide. The company is scamming residents to change from their current gas service from Semco gas to Symmetry energy and after that they are charged with fees, the gas service they provide is more expensive ( Symmetry doesn' disclose all of this) and if they try to cancel are given a hard time. I am wanting to warn other people & for the Symmetry not to come back the Berrien Woods Apartments property.
