I had a subscription for truniagen which I had cancelled in September. I received a double order of it again in December and they charged my account 396. I have an email showing my cancellation. When contacting customer service they are trying to say I have 2 accounts and that I only cancelled one. This is absolutely insane to me. To return their items I have to pay for shipping on something I did not order in the first place. This second account they state has one letter off of mine for the email address “love.com” vs live.com. This just does not make any sense to me at all. How can this not be fraudulent?
