Their customer service is a joke you cannot get anyone on the phone directly no matter what time you call. The 2-4 shipping is a lie. They blame it on usps but that is the company they choose to use knowing their customers are constantly having delivery issues , as a company they clearly aren’t worried about customer satisfaction or the customer experience. After the order is paid for they could care less if you order gets delivered. I’ve spoken with 2 different reps via email since that is their only form of customer service. The first rep assured me my order would arrive on time even though my order had a label created but BINOID didn’t get my package to the usps until 3 days after the label was created so already the 2-4 day shipping time frame wasn’t going to be met instead of taking responsibility they blame usps . The rep then stopped responding. I then submitted a request of their website to speak with a customer service rep. The second rep gave me attitude when I inquired about my package when I asked for a refund or a new package. And here I am over a week later still no package or a refund. I am filling a complaint with the ScamPulse.com I encourage everyone else who has had issues to do the same . We don’t need businesses like this around
