I ordered apple cider vinegar gummies and detox pill. Received the order, used them for month without result, but started to get nausea and vomiting within an hour taking them. I called them up for a refund for the unused bottles and I received an email with refund order numbers, mailed them back and then, received another order, I was somehow automatically enrolled in a subscription where the next month another shipment of ACV gummies was mailed to me. I immediately called the company, they said they would cancel my subscription (which I never signed up for). I was told I needed to wait a month for an authorization number to be able to return the unwanted product. I waited, got the number, sent product back, received confirmation that it was delivered. Now I have been waiting since November 2022 for a refund. Multiple phone calls to them without any resolution. Now the number is always busy and if a get a ring it rings and then hangs up.
