On or around 8/5/2018, a computer pop-up came on my computer with siren and loud noises. A voice said " Your computer is being attacked by malware or viruses. Don't shut your computer down. Call this number right away for tech support. If you shut your computer off, u could lose everything." However I did turn my computer off several times and let it stay off for a while, when I turned it on again I received the same message. I asked if they were with Microsoft and was told "yes". I will take my computer to *** *** on 8/9/2018, for scanning.
