On 07/19/23 I received email stating Bed Bath & Beyond was going out of business & offered a tree branch cutter. I sent $49.99 to purchase through my credit card. I have sent several emails to [email protected] & customercare-vip.com with no answer. I thought I was ordering from Bed Bath & Beyond, however, their initial acknowledgement of the order indicated it was coming from China. Over a period of time & no receipt, I began to send emails requesting tracking & delivery information. Those emails indicated receipt of email & 'processing. I have not had any response.
