I purchased, in good faith, a king size quilt for a Christmas gift. I started getting suspicious when it was over a month and I hadn't received the item I ordered. I tried e-mailing and calling with no results. The phone was no longer in service. I had already given my credit card information and they had charged my item to it. They sent me e-mails saying my product was finished and then an e-mail saying the item I ordered had been shipped. I feel like they kept leading me on like everything was okay. I still have received nothing. They said they used DHL because they are a very reliable service.

I paid for 2 blankets and got nothing and I emailed them with no response from them. they have no phone number to contact them.

They sent me terrible quality bedding which i wanted to return within their 30 day return policy as it was not the quality or the print i wanted. They never returned my emails and have ignored me about an exchange or a refund.

After waiting months for my order from Customboxgifts, the comforter I received was nothing more than 2 cheap sheets sewn together. It was folded and mailed in a small package which fit in my mailbox. It was a knock off of the picture shown on the website and nothing as I expected. Tried to e-mail the company and it comes back as undeliverable. I have tried to reach out multiple times on the website and nothing....DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Bought a carpet from https://www.cuztomboxgifts.com. The money was immediately taken & they said it would take about 30 days to get it here. Never heard anything back.

Do not purchase anything from Customboxgifts, https://www.cuztomboxgifts.com/. Their pictures and catalog are nothing like what they send you. For example, I ordered this really cute comforter, that showed that it was a quilted light comforter, I got a piece of fabric that was stretch polyester, no quilting, no shams, and nothing like the picture. Don't waste your time with this company, they are "bait and switch".

I purchased a bedspread advertised on Facebook from Customboxgifts on August 1, 2020. The price was $59.90. I used a PalPay account in my Discover card. I have not received the item. 740-919-7442 "no longer valid"
