Ordered a blanket and towel for my son Dec 27 2021. 5 months later and still nothing! In March I had emailed them, they told me my order was done and about to be shipped. I have not heard from them since. I order a blanket from them in 2020 and it took 12 weeks (was told it would be 4-6) should have known better but I wanted a back up blanket for my son since he loves it so much.

Ordered Blankets in Dec 2021

Hello, I ordered 2 blankets in Dec 2021 and I have yet to receive them and I have multiple attempts of trying to reach out to them about this and have been extremly patient. It is now May 2022 and I have tried to contact my bank to get a refund as the company refuses to respond to me. I now am out of the refund window and am out $85.00...The company still has yet to contact me or provide me with the products I ordered.

Never received my order

I ordered a blanket in November of 2021 for a baby gift and it took 4 months to get it but before knowing it was going to take that long I had ordered another blanket for my grandson in December and have never received it. I’ve emailed multiple times and still no reply. I just want my refund. This company is horrible and I would never order again and would never refer them to anyone.

I purchased three blankets in November of 2021. I still have yet to receive them. In April 2022.I emailed after 3 weeks. They responded and said there would be a delay because of COVID but that my order has already been made, just waiting to ship. After 4 weeks, I emailed again, only to be told that my order would go out in the next few days. 2 MONTHS LATER, still nothing. PLEASE, do not order from this company.

I purchased 2 chritsmas gifts in December and have yet to receive anything. I’ve emailed and they have just been giving me the runaround. I told them I am ready to take legal action. Please do not buy from them. They are fake and just take your money.

Custom Snuggle is JOKE

I ordered 3 blankets in early December 2021. Now, 9 weeks later, they are giving me a run around as to a delivery date. They charged my credit card in December, but with no intentions for a production or ship date. I"ve emailed them several times with a response that indicates they are sorry because of Covid-19. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A JOKE AND A SCAM!

Poor service all around

Ordered four blankets in Nov 22 and did not receive them until February! And I am still missing one!
Customer service is awful and I had to email them several times about a refund. And the blankets are poor quality cheap and thin. Extremely dissatisfied.

Very poor experience. Ordered a gift for Christmas. Sent me 2 blankets with wrong names. Someone else didn't get their gifts and I definitely didn't receive my granddaughter's blanket. Customer service is keeping me in limbo. No blanket and no refund yet.

What were the names on the blankets? maybe you got someone else's order...like mine, i ordered two in December and still have not received them, now they closed their website, no way to contact them, they responded to my first two emails, but nothing after that, said they were made, just waiting to ship...Their last Facebook post was on August 2021...They state they are a company out of Ukraine...

I placed an order July 11, 2021 and I’ve emailed a emailed and still haven’t been given an answer or refund for my order I never received. They are also selling on Etsy which is where I ordered from. I ordered three blankets . Two for my new great niece due in October 2021 and one for my great nephew so he won’t feel left out. I’ve made numerous email inquires since the date I ordered and not once have I received an update or a refund as I’ve asked for. This is unacceptable and I’m done shopping on line. I look forward to your response to this matter.

They use to be called custom cuddles and now they have a new name now under custom snuggle. The same exact website and everything all they did was change their name. I saw them advertising on Instagram and when I posted to other people on the reviews they deleted my comment so I reposted it again and then they blocked me. Please please please if you’re one of their customers that got scammed and ripped off like me please go leave reviews and share.

I saw this company on FB!

ITS FAKE FAKE FAKE!

I placed an order never received a confirmation (which I thought was strange) but waited patiently. Three weeks went by so I emailed. THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY which I thought was strange for a large company. The lies began to unfold from there. After I said I was going to dispute the charges they sent a FAKE shipping confirmation/tracking number. They blame the “lost” items on the post office. They pretend that it was either not picked up or lost in the mail. In fact there was never a company nor your product was never made - they just take your money.

I just went and disputed this and my bank is refunding and will revoke the funds from them. This company NEEDS SHUT DOWN and removed from FB!

I purchased 5 customized towels from them on April 10th. After waiting 3 weeks and not seeing them ship, I emailed the company asking for an update. They responded back apologizing and letting me know it would be 24-48 hours and they would ship out. That was 12 days ago. I emailed requesting my money back and then sent messages on social media asking for a refund. They blocked me and I’ve not heard from them since. I spent $150 and received nothing. I saw some comments of a guy named Travis on Facebook who has been waiting 5 months, but I was blocked before I thought to get his info.
