Stay away from this Company

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! If you want a cheap junk of a frame order here. If you want quality or good customer service look ANY where else. I bought a frame, which comes with no glass, no backing, and you must put it together yourself, it was horrible! the corners would not stay together. I tried to contact them, good luck, can only send e-mail, guess they don't want to hear all the complaint. I had to wait for a responds for a long time. Finally they reached out to ask me to send pictures, really? Then they told me to send it back and I would have to pay return shipping cost myself plus they would charge me a return fee because they could not re-sell it! so I ask them why would I spend my money to send it back so they can just put it in the trash? I can put it in the trash myself. I have not yet received a reply... CONSUMER BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS TRASH! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR JUST THROW YOU MONEY IN THE TRASH...

Custom Frame Solutions charged me for 3 frames and matching 3 sets of accessories, but only 1 set of accessories and that wasn't even my order.
Asked numerous time to solve the issue but never heard from them.

Do not order anything from these people! The workmanship is complete crap, they will not ship your order anywhere near when promised, you can only contact them by email. Good luck getting them to respond, I sent them numerous emails for a month, asking status, no response, asked them to cancel my order and refund my money since they can't communicate...no response until after I finally received it after asking them to cancel my order. They made these mistakes but will expect you to pay the shipping back plus 25% restocking fee on a crap frame that is cut crooked and doesn't fit together.

This frame company took my online order and processed payment for the frames, but never delivered any merchandise. No one ever picks up the phone or returns messages at their Customer Service number. No one ever returns email correspondence. Their Facebook page is a series of made up testimonials from "satisfied" customers. The reviews are all self-generated, as there is no way for anyone to go on their page and leave any kind of review.
