Ordered a custom blanket for my son in January of 2020 and still have not received a single thing from the company. This company is a total fraud and they straight up STOLE $65 dollars from me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

The comp should be called custom Swindlers as you see all the thousands of people who pd and never received.
I myself is a victim. I pd $89 for a blanket, towel and hat on Jan 7, 2022 and have yet to receive anything. All emails with excuses and I'll get back to ya. I say all as in 2 emails and I've sent one a week since Feb 7th and they just blow you off!

I ordered a blanket back in Feb. 2021 for my granddaughter that was born in May 2021. I never received the blanket or a refund. I am going to be sending the attorney general a letter in regards to this matter. I gave contacted them multiple times and still no blanket.

Ordered blankets in 2/21 and heard nothing until a month ago apologizing for the delay and they will send it out asap. I emailed them and said thank you then went to follow up and the email doesnt work. This company is a scan and now going under a new name scamming people. Custom snuggles waste of 79.00 dollars

I ordered a blanket for my granddaughter in the middle of February. I emailed them back-and-forth several times at least? And they keep telling me that he apologized to me my refund or send me my blanket I still have not received anything as of today! When I did my weekly email to them to get my blanket or a refund I have been blocked! So very upset about this company!

I know my wait isn’t as long as other reviews, but I ordered a towel on 6/30, and have been reaching out asking why it’s not shipped yet online. The last email I received someone told me I need to be patient because it’s a small business ran by moms and they assume i would not want them to mess up on my order. What? What kind of response is that. Looks like I’ll have to find a last minute birthday present.

I ordered a blanket mid December 2020. Started to email the company end of January and went back and forth trying to get ahold of someone. Was told my ordered was being processed. Unfortunately I was not able to dispute charges, was trying to be patient with delays due to covid ?. Never received my order. In April my order was changed to shipped but still have not received anything. I hope someone is able to file a lawsuit. It sounds like this company has scammed a lot of money from people.

we are now in June and I have yet to receive anything from them I have emailed them multiple times and I just keep getting an automated response I requested for a refund and have not heard from them oh, both of my orders we're gifts I promised and of course never arrived

I ordered two items from this company and paid $98.00. However, I never received my items. Now, I am seeing from other customers that there are many people who have ordered from this company with no items and no refund.

They have a new name now under custom snuggle. The same exact website and everything all they did was change their name. I saw them advertising on Instagram and when I posted to other people on the reviews they deleted my comment so I reposted it again and then they blocked me. Please please please if you’re one of their customers that got scammed and ripped off like me please go leave reviews and share. I ordered back in January and now they old website don’t work and I seen this one pop up go report. They are scamming thousands.

Ordered a blanket at the end of December 2020. Finally messaged them middle of January asking when they blanket would be sent out, they said it’s almost done and it would be soon. Waited a couple weeks and emailed again. We went back and forth for some time before I finally asked for a refund in early February. They said they would request a refund after almost another month after asking for the refund. I asked when I would receive the refund and never got a response again. I emailed them 3 more times and still nothing. Finally disputed charges with my bank, and got my money back. Found out they changed their name to custom snuggle, which is the information that I have given in filing this complaint!

Placed An order with this Company on Jan 25 and have yet to receive my blanket! Emailed various times and only get a auto generated email! This is ridiculous! This Company should be reported for Fraud!

Ordered a blanket thru this company thru a facebook ad back in January. It is now mid April and no blanket. Multiple emails were sent with no merchandise sent. Credit card was already charged. Generic email responses with them saying they will respond in 24-48 hours.

I received an email confirming they had the name and style in progress on 2/20/21. Still no blanket and no response to future emails. Order#*****

I placed an order with this company on January 24th. They states products usually shipped within 10days. When I had not received my order after one month I send an email inquiring about my order. They sent a return emailing apologizing and stated they would express ship my product. It has been almost 3 month and I have not yet received any product or email updates. I have sent 2 emails asking for updates and I just receive an automatic email response stating I will be contacted in 24-48 hours. I have not received any information regarding my order. I was also already charged on my credit card for this product.

Submitted an order for a custom made blanket back in mid December 2020. It’s now been over 3 months and have yet to receive the blanket. I’ve emailed them multiple times asking for a tracking number and they have responded saying that they contact warehouse but that’s it. As of last email I sent, they officially just stopped responding so I’m assuming they are done BSing their customers. I’ve also noticed a few changes to their website as they no longer have their past reviews available.

I ordered 2 blankets off their website in January 26th. On February 15th I hadn’t received any updates on my order so I sent an email. Now on February 20th I still have never gotten an answer to my email. This company is a complete scam.
