I purchased an 18x18x24 glass reptile enclosure from them. I was charged the $43.52 by another company called Sophia Style LLC. The email and phone to custom chief are fake, so I looked into the site that charged me and the info on them was SOFIA STYLE LLC 100 2ND ST E STE 301 WHITEFISH, MT 59937, [email protected], 1 9283160099, which the phone was always busy and the email us link was invalid.
