Ordered 4 airpods from the Custom Airpods website and never received the items. When I tried to email the contact email a few times, I never received any response back.

I one day got an email saying AirPods for 20 dollars and shipping so I went on the website it looked real I checked out check out looked real. I waited for them to ship they didn’t ship so I sent a email that day I got a new one saying they shipped they shipped 4 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for them I tried to contact them and they never answer

Ordered airpods for a Christmas gift and of course I should have known better. Bought on the 12th of December and they text me stating it was purchased and then another text on the 13th stating it was shipped with a confirmation number that you cannot pull up. I texted them back and also did a "contact" them on the website which is really the only means of contacting them since there is no other information about the company on the site such as a phone number, address etc. Have not received the airpods. I know this is not a ton of money but the amount they probably sold was a ton.
