I saw an ad for this company on Facebook. On 12/9/23, i placed an order for 2 customized shirts. Their website states "We need 3-5 days to customize your personalized orders. And, you will receive your order in 7-15 business days from the date that it is placed." It is now 1/1/24 and I have yet to receive my items, or confirmation that they have even shipped. I have been in contact with them through email. They asked me to "be patient" and then offered me a 5% refund for the inconvenience. When i refused and demanded to know where my items are, they offered a 10% refund! Ridiculous!

I ordered from promo on Facebook was to be a gift for my wife as I am quite ill. Our last Christmas together. They didn’t ship even though I paid much more for 3-5 day shipping. To date only getting automated bogus responses
