I’ve contacted the company about an order I received and I did not enjoy the products and as per their terms and conditions which were a full refund to email them within 15 days of receipt of items at [email protected] to get a return authorization code and the address to return the items at my cost for shipping. At first they did not answer me until I said I would contact you. Then they tried to get me to keep the items twice one with 20% off & one with 30% refunds in which I declined. The items don’t fit nicely and want my refund. They have now ghosted me and there is no phone number to call or any other recourse. This was $90 out of my pocket that I cannot afford to throw away. Please assist me in getting my refund and I will happily return the items at my cost to ship them.
