I found Curvymind as an ad on Facebook, the comments looked legit so I wanted to order! I placed my order on June 22nd, I have not recieved anything nor have I been able to contact this company. They provide an email but nobody ever replies and their website is made to look like its "under construction" but may not be real.

Bought a Bra from curvymind on 6/22/20 for $28.96. Company 1st tried to pull from my PayPal account although I did not authorize. Then the amount went through my bank as smilehomey. Website has disappeared. My order has no information now and no answer from their [email protected]. which is the only info given.

I saw a Curvy Mind advertisement on Facebook. I checked comments where I saw a lot of positive feedback so I decided to order one of their bras. I even got a confirmation email. However, two days later the website was completely gone. When it came back up a couple of days after that it said I didn't have an order from them. Yet, I have the confirmation email and emails offering discounts on other items as proof of contact. I then checked my bank where the business charged me, but did so under a different name: smileyhomy not curvy mind. I only knew this to be the way they charged me because of the date of the charge and the amount charged.

I tried emailing their support, which for contacts and info the only thing they provide is an email. They never responded to the multiple emails inquiring as to what was going on. In one I even warned I would report the fraudulent charge since it was coming across as a scam and that I would make this report on the BBB. They never responded to anything. Not even an auto-mesage. I tried looking them up on Facebook again to see if I could warn anyone that sees their advertisements, but couldn't find anything on it except on other person posting about having the same issue as me. I just wanted to warn anyone else that looks into this company. Don't order from them. It'll seem legit, but they'll just take your money and run.
