I purchased several items on 12/2/2023 for Christmas. The website states a 2-5 business day processing time before shipping. On 12/13/2023, I emailed to cancel my item because I had received no tracking information and it was past the stated processing time. I received an email back stating the item had already shipped. This was false information, and the order was not shipped until after this email. They told me once I received the item, I could return it and receive a refund. They also promise a satisfaction guarantee. I received the items AFTER Christmas on 12/27/23, well past the promised processing and shipping times. I reached out for a refund and was told I would have to pay return shipping because "it wasn't (their) fault". Except it was 100% their fault--the items are horrific quality and being upcharged 10x what they're listed elsewhere. The items look nothing like the photos, and their customer service will not respond to me unless I begin publicly posting comments on their Facebook page. I have explained the same story several times and only receive the same copy and paste as a response. Since then, I have been researching this company and they have scammed several other people with this same scam. Their Facebook page has people all over it complaining of not receiving the items or experiencing similar issues to mine. Upon researching this scam "business" I have discovered they are owned by FIRSPLE LIMITED, who has a reputation online for scamming people. I want to return the items for a 100% refund plus shipping costs. Almost 2 months have passed since I placed my order and I have a set of useless, poor-quality nails and no way to receive a refund.

I know it sounds petty but I ordered some glue on nails from a place called curvlife. After a week of placing order I asked when my order will be shipped . I get a email back saying my tracking number . Its false. You try to track and it still shows it is waiting arrival to shipping place. i have reached out to them at least 3 or 4 times and they never address that I want a refund or where my order is . Lesson learned . Anytime I see an ad i blast them and warn others do not but from here !!
