I ordered 4 items from this company. None of them fit. One of them sent was even the wrong size from what I ordered. This all started August 12, 2020. August 28, 2020 I received my order which revealed the problems and sent my first e-mail to the recommended address. After 3 emails to this company, I never heard anything back. I want to Facebook Messenger to see if I could communicate with this company. I got a response on September 9, 2020. I had to take pictures of the items to prove to them that I received an order from them. On September 11, 2020, all the excuses started pouring in. "...all the returns will be processed in our warehouse in China. As our policy states, or customers are responsible for the returning shipping fee if they want to return.....send them to your friends as gifts?" I said no and wanted my $100 back. They insisted that,..."the shipping fee for return is about $35-$40....will take a long time for us to receive the item....it is possible for the item lost or damage, we will not accept this kind of item, and you should responsible for both.....Would it be a $8 refund to your payment account as compensation while you keep the items,,,,send them to your friends as a gift?" On Sept 14, I again said "no" and asked for the China address and I'll mail them back! On Sept 16, they offered $10 to keep the items. They replied the following day and stated, "it will spend long time to ship, If the clothes are lost or we can't receive the parcel, we do not supply full payment for you." This time they offered $13. Of course, I said no and they offered $16 on Sept 18 and later that day were up to $20. I again denied and asked to send all in the correct size. On the 21st, again in their broken English, "We does not accept any complaints and indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reason....." I continued and sent a copy of my order which, of course, they didn't believe. I continue to send them Facebook Messenger messages but haven't heard anything back from them since Sept 23rd.

Their return/exchange policy is all a lie.
