I purchased their TIDYBOARD Meal Prep System and was sent a small cutting board instead. I contacted their customer service, who offered me a $4 refund for the hassle, and they'd reship my item. Unfortunately, I never received my original order or the $4, and they are not responding to my email anymore.

I saw an ad for a food prep cutting board on Facebook. I purchased the product and was sent a small cheap cutting board. I contacted their customer service email and was offered a $4 refund for the hassle, and they'd resend what I originally ordered. I never received my order or a refund. Now, their customer service won't respond to me. I did some research and learned that others have also been scammed the same way as me.
