I purchased an item from Curve Ladies. I received the item on 06/23/2022. Requests for refunds have to be made within 15days and you have to email them for the address and reason for the return. I sent the email requesting an exchange on 6/23/2022, the same day I received the item. First they tried to refund half of my money if I keep the item. It doesn't fit, why would I want to keep it? I asked if they had a bigger size and they replied yes and that was the last time I received a response from them. That was 1.5 weeks ago. I have emailed them every other day to no avail. Ladies, please don't waste your money with this company. The clothes are ill-fitting and cheap looking. I will never trust another online company.
