I was trying to get a car seat via Chico but it turned out it was a scam. The company was not Chico. They took $5.87 off my cash app card under a completely different name. My cash app account was later hit with an attempted deduction of $155.90. By a different company. By the time the second company attempted to get their money, I had already locked the card and reported it as compromised so the second deduction was not completed.
