SCAM! They get away with giving you only 20% refund because it costs $300 to send in back! The credit card companies and PayPal both require you to send your item back for a full refund. So, even though they sent me the wrong color print all I could get back was 20% of my money!

Total scam! Sent me curtains with stains all over them and said they'd only refund if I sent them back to them with tracking, which costs almost as much as the curtains so you are backed into a corner. Customer service absolutely useless. Like banging your head against a wall. Avoid!

I order curtains that came completely different style and looked like piece of sh..t.
I was trying to reach with them and ask them to email free return label they offer 15% discount for those sh..ty curtains. People don't buy from these Chinese company anything. They sending on purpose incorrect item and then playing with the people .

Curtains are bad quality made in china, they refuse to refund, customer service will just waste your time going back and forth asking silly questions.

If you get pleated curtains, your curtains will be half the size, even if its 104x94 width and each panel is 52 inch, the pleated panel will be more like 30 inch each.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, you will not get your money back and you will have a terrible quality product, these people do not make their own curtains either, they just order it from someone else and that is why all their measurements and descriptions are completely wrong.

90% blockout curtains means 70% and 70% block out can mean 90%, these people do not know their own products.

Delivery time is more like 1-2 months, and if you bought their expensive curtains for a few hundred dollars, they still come in a little plastic bag like you bought a $5 toy.
Wrong description, months delivery, refund policy is a complete lie.

Terrible business practices. Sent me the wrong length of curtains and I’ve been going back and forth with them for months about the replacement. Have wasted at least 10 hrs of my time on this. Every week they report the item is ready to be shipped or that it will be going out in 5 days

I ordered 3 sets of curtains worth 325usd.
When I received the item, it was not what I expected. Quality is not that good, so I contacted if I can return the product and I can order a different product as a replacement. They said since the product is not broken, there can be no return, which is ridiculous. Their website said their product can be return in 60 day, but they don't honor this policy. Not going to order to this website anymore. They have the most horrible customer service I have dealt with.

Ordered curtains gray, came purple, wrote that they came in the wrong color, they answered me. what is this insignificant Problem and that they will not return money and will not change them either

This company is horrible. Lost my order, then did not send it express shipping even thought I paid for it. It came late. Would not refund express shipping.

Quality of the fabric is poor. Did not send all the hooks that were suppose to be with the order. Tie backs are poor quality.

Customer service could careless!

I would never buy from them again!

I sent the accurate measurements to the company, They sent me curtains with many lose threads hanging all over and the curtains were to narrow. They also sent me curtain hangers for a rod that is not round and standard so they do not even hang. I ask for a refund or replacement and I have to pay the shipping which is almost as much as the curtains. BAD BUSINESS. They are taking our money giving VERY BAD product and not even taking responsibility when it is their mistake to pay for shipping. Shipping is VERY EXPENSE back to them

I have waiting since 9th September for my order and just get fobed of with lies they gave me a tracking number for a parcel that was apparently delivered. The thing is when I checked it was for a parcel that wasn't mine because it was delivered a month before I ordered mine Absolutely disgraceful they should be banned from using the Internet they are nothing else but scammers

Word of warning from someone who got suckered in by the fabulous pictures on the CURTAINSIN website. The end product is not even close to what they advertise. I only gave them a 1 because I couldn't go lower than that. When I complained about the absolute rubbish they sent me, and demanded a refund, they offered me 10% of my money back. When I told them I was going to make it my mission to post a bad review everywhere I could they offered me 15% of my money back. When I said only a full refund would do, they asked for pictures of the item they sent me... and then nothing. The garbage they sent me can't be used as curtains, actually it can't be used for anything and will go straight into the bin. I wish I could add pictures to this review so you could see what I ordered and paid nearly $300 for and also see the pathetic rubbish they sent me, which is not anything like what I ordered. BEWARE CURTAINSIN ARE A CHINESE COMPANY WHO JUST SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY.. I will make it my mission to post this review on as many review pages as possible in the hope I can stop them scamming someone else. (this site actually let me load pictures).

Assuming I did good to pay via paypal. Spent 3 months of trying to get curtains with no luck. Paypal would not pay them until shipping information was received and CurtainsIn said they would not process until funds were received. Got NO support from folks at CurtainsIn. Based on what happened to me and what I am seeing in other comments - suggest to NOT waste time trying to make a purchase. Assuming that since the pricing was too good to be true . . . there is obviou
sly something wrong.

I put my order in for them and as I'm waiting for the process to change to ship. I came across a reviews all saying they were a scam. I tried to cancel my order by follow the instructions they said but there was no cancel order option. So I contacted them on there 24 hour chat. They told me they are unable to help me and They gave me that link and I contacted the support team.
I've notice that my bank statement says California but the address on the site says Hong Kong.

Ordered curtains paid through PayPal. Immediately tried to cancel order and get a refund due to wrong size. Spent the last four weeks battling back and forth through [email protected].

They never processed the order or refund back. When pay pal was processed it was initially to curtainsin but my banks payment wasn’t made to curtainsin. Was processed under a Asian person as if I sent person to person.

Could you provide any information regarding the person’s PayPal username, first and last name, etc. did anything appear on your statement? You could potentially be helping a lot of people. I am currently being scammed by them and I have found many others that have also very recently. I have a Facebook group that I started a year and a half ago because of another company. It is to help anyone with these type of issues to network. I will now be focusing my attention on this specific company.

Any information you could provide regarding the other party would be incredibly helpful.

Website claims it sells curtains. It says it has warehouses in USA, Canada and China. After placing an order, the order says processing and never ships and when you try to contact the company they keep saying it will ship the next day but it never does.
