I ordered several items of children's clothing. The website was advertised on Facebook. They advertised Carter's children's clothes on sale. I placed the order in January and did receive a tracking order number. After a month of checking the tracking, leaving China and finally arriving in the US, it finally showed the package arriving at my local post office. 4 days later it said it was delivered. I called the post office and they said no such package ever arrived. I searched their website for reviews, and found multiple complaints of the exact same issue. I have emailed the company several times with the email address on their website, and did receive responses stating to please be patient. When it never arrived, i emailed them again, and they basically said it was probably the post office's fault. I went back to their website, and under "shipping rules" they state, if you don't receive your package, we're sorry. We cannot control what happens to your package after it gets to

the post office. In other words, "There is no package. We'll convince you its the post office you need to blame, and thanks for giving us your money!!!
