I ordered a curling iron before one month ago and I didn’t receive any confirmation email I tried to visit the web site again but its not available !
also the instagram account was not available ! I don not know now how I contact them

I ordered a curling iron after seeing the post on Instagram and Facebook. It seemed legit and said it was also featured in vogue and other magazines. I placed the order, they charged my card and was told I would receive an email when it shipped. That email never was received. I followed up 3 times with Their support email and never heard back.

Super disappointed in the *** *** who do this and hope no one else falls into this. I never order anything online and now I know what I shouldn’t!
