Curious Toys Club advertising Fingerlings toys for sale, however, actual product does not work and is fake. It also arrives in very flimsy packaging and comes crushed from shipping across seas. Difficult to get a refund.

This website, that sold popular children's toys, looks legitimate with a good color scheme, a terms and conditions page, a contact us page, a confirmation email, etc. However, in the email, it states that a secondary email would be sent to confirm shipment, but no email was present even after 3 weeks after the purchase. I then went to the contact information and sent an email, shortly after this email sent, my email informed me that the no such email address had existed. After I tried the phone number that the website provided, but again, the phone number was not in service. This website puts on their scam by "selling" popular children's toys, with no delivery put into place.

I placed an order with a very official looking online company for two fingerlings for our granddaughter. It was her number one request on Santa’s list. I received an order confirmation email, saying tracking details would follow......etc, etc. A month later I reached out to them and both the email address and phone number are inactive! UGH!!! Not much I despise more than a cheater!!!!! BEWARE of these folks, they are 100% scammers!!!!!!

Ordered this before Thanksgiving. Finally got confirmation it left December 4th. It’s almost

Christmas as the tracking hasn’t been updated and when I used their [email protected] it bounced back to my email saying it’s no longer in service. I am out $38.00+ It’s bad enough it’s a generic item from what I’ve gathered but to ruin a kids Christmas is just wrong.

I ordered 2 fingerlings. About 3 days after I placed the order I received an email from them stating the package was on the way. A small red flag went off when the grammar in the email was very poor.... but I assumed their employee might have not been a native English speaker. 4 weeks later and i still don’t have the items.... they say the order is complete; however the email address now bounces back and the phone number has been disconnected!!

Don’t be duped like I was!!!

I was only able to purchase Pink fingerlings at my local stores and with 8 nieces and nephews under the age of 6 I knew that wasn't going to fly. I was skeptical about this company before I placed my order however everything I could find online seemed legit so I ordered 4 monkeys and 8 of the playsets. I received tracking information within a few days however almost a month later this is still the only information found when tracking: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment, We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece. They have been responsive to my emails, asking me to be patient with them and claiming that they have spoken with the shipper and they are in transit. When I ask them to re-route the shipment and refund my money as I no longer have a need for the items they claim it is not possible to contact the shipper. They talk themselves in circles and constantly provide excuses as to why their 15 business days for delivery timeline has passed and I still haven't received the items. Can't believe I fell for this one.

This company is selling fingerling monkey saying it is a wow wee product. They actually are knock offs if you receive them.

They do not answer emails. They are allowed to sell on facebook Curious toys club and they even have a website. https://curious-toys-club.myshopify.com. they make it seem they have a US location. Actually they don't list any address. They accept paypal.

I placed an order for 3 fingerlings a week before thanksgiving and still have not received my order. I e-mailed the company asking for a refund and they told me since the order shipped they couldn't help me. I then e-mailed and asked where my order was and didn't get any response. They charged my card $44.97 but I have yet to receive the merchandise. Any other time I have ordered something on-line I have been able to cancel , get a refund or have the merchandise reshipped however CURIOUS TOYS CLUB does not follow that protocol. I believe this is a scam so buyer beware.
