i ordered an article of clothing at cupshe.com.

they ran my credit card for the money and then i never received product. their phone number is out of service and they stopped responding to emails. if you read reviews (which i clearly missed prior to ordering from them) you will see a bunch of very unhappy customers. i reported them to my credit card company as well. they are a fraud!!!

I purchased clothing from Cupshe on Nov. 3, 2016. The money was immediately taken from my account. I have not received any of the clothes. Their customer service department does not exist. It is impossible to leave a message or reach a person via phone or email.

Was charged for purchase made online, however have not received any items ordered, unable to reach anyone via phone#'s listed as 1 # is a NJ LINE and ph# listed on website is an international phone#, and addresscupshe gave me is in California. Have tried all attempts to reach the company and no response. The information the company gives out is all suspicious and many online reviews about this company report many unsatisfied and cheated customers!

I ordered a sweatshirt with this company back on 9/25/16, never received, tried emailing, facebooking, calling only to get a busy signal, paid with my paypal account, they took the money and are telling paypal the product was shipped and it wasn't, i just went onto their facebook page and it's flooded with similar messages, this company is a SCAM! I want my money back and I want to report them! Thank you! *** *** *** *** ***

Paid for items I never received. No contact after several attempts to inquire about the time lag. No one answers phone or emails. I want my money back and they should be shut down.

I ordered 3 sweaters off of this website, received absolutely no email confirmation or order # in order to track, but they took money out of my bank account right away. I still have not received any email confirmation and have sent 3 emails to them, tried calling the number listed on their website several times and it rings a few times then beeps and nothing. I saw their advertisement on Pinterest so I thought it was a legit outfit. I feel so dumb. I ordered from them on Monday 10/17/2016 and NOTHING. There has been zero communication with me about an order number or anything so I can track my order, yet they've emailed me advertisements for "student discounts" so they obviously have my email. Yet when I try to look up my order on their website with my email it says it cannot find my order and I don't have an order number because they never sent a confirmation email. I am so frustrated with this website. I just want my money back and to never deal with them again.

I placed an order for a sweater on Sept. 26th. It wouldn't let me print a confirmation of the order or give me an order number when I hit "Submit Order", I have nothing to show I ordered it. Then they charged my credit card $24.99 on Sept. 27th. I have never received to merchandise. I've tried emailing, calling etc... with no response. The phone number is not any good. I've tried the "Chat Online" opinion & its always says they are not online at the moment & they won't respond to my emails.

cupshe is a website that supposedly sells women's clothing. when you place an order they immediately take your payment, they do not send a confirmation number for your order and when you check the status of your order on their website they will claim they do not have an order for you. this website is a complete fraud. the phone number provided on their website is a fax number.

I made an online purchase from this site on September 27, 2016. I never received an email confirmation. The money was taken out of my account that same day. I received an e-mail from them yesterday stating the following:

"

Dear Customer,

Sincerely sorry for the long wait. We are afraid that the product CLYQ567 (Cupshe So Gifted Vintage Printing Maxi Dress) you purchase last time will have to ship on Oct.22 because of the delay of manufacturing. But please don't worry, your order has been given highest priority and will be shipped immediately once it is ready. We deeply apologize for this delay. Hope for your understanding.

Should you have any question, please feel free to contact our customer service at: [email protected]"

When I ordered the product it said nothing about being on back order. I have sent them an email to the address they provided and I haven't gotten a response. It may take me a long time to get my money back, but I would like just like to make others aware of this scam online store. I went online to their facebook page and noticed that there are many people that are saying the same thing as well.

Ordered clothing from this website online. I didn't receive any confirmation email and they charged my account immediately. Other reviews online say they have had the same problem, cannot contact anyone from the company, and never receive their items. I'm worried this site will keep charging people money and never return any information or goods paid for.

I ordered an article of clothing and their website stated the item would ship in 3-5 days. I ordered the item on 9/11/16 and still have not received a shipping confirmation. I emailed and called cupshe, they told me the item would be shipped "tomorrow." They said this multiple times and still no confirmation has been received. Now when I try to contact them they do not reply or answer their customer service line. They did charge my credit card however immediately after they purchase.
