I saw many different ads for a product that Cupid's Rack was selling and decided to go for it when said item was on sale and I received a coupon that took 20% off the product, I order a sex toy from them on 10/13/2020. After a week passed and I was yet to receive any shipping confirmation for my sex toys I emailed them 3 different emails, customer service, an Instagram complaint email, and the FAQ section of their website. It took me about 3 days after sending those emails before I got any sort of reply from any of the emails I sent. After replying to my emails once or twice they stopped answering my emails at all. I have been waiting almost 40 days and I am yet to receive an email back from Cupid's Rack or shipping confirmation for my sex toys, I want a refund.
