I ordered a Cup-Mate Menstrual Cup Sterilizer on March 22, 2022 for what was supposed to be a gift for someone around April 12th. When April 12th came and I had yet to received the package or any shipment information beyond the purchase being confirmed through the website, I emailed their customer service account [email protected]. I never received a reply to this email, so I looked for the company's social media accounts and saw that there has not been active posting on them since mid 2020. I messaged the company on Facebook hoping for a reply but again received no reply. This has led me to believe that the company may have existed pre-pandemic but likely folded during COVID, yet their website and purchasing functions were still active with no actual delivery of product and no way to get in contact for any type of refund or explanation.
