I ordered a microwave on July 31st to keep from going into stores shopping. I had no idea it was a site shipping from China. I have been following tracking every so often and just saw a posting last night stating it was delivered September 5th. I emailed the company who said check with post office so I just got back. They said there have been others reporting similar happenings and all they received were face masks. I told them a few weeks back I recall getting some face masks I had not ordered also.

I ordered juicer...two month later I received 10 facemasks instead. I emailed with a complain, they apologized and I was told that juicer will be sent to me... another month, I still dont have the juicer, unable to track my order. Worst experience!

I made a purchase on 07-31-2020 of a butterball turkey fryer for $66.00. However, I received a 10 pack of facemasks. I will never use this fake company again. Their suppose to be located in Massachusetts. However, I think it's a scammer because they know the American citizens always looking for a good deal.

I found them on Google's site, while searching for a Panasonic Microwave. They had listed a Panasonic Microwave, Model NN-T945SF for $69.15. See the attached photo. I had no idea at the time nor there was a way to quickly figure out that this was a China based site/listing. A month later, instead of the Microwave, I received some white coffee-filter like 'stuff' in an envelope via China Post! Dang It! After disputing transaction, they offered a $59 refund; I just took it just to save the back-and-forth & the hassle. Almost a month was lost 'waiting for the Panasonic Microwave'! What A Bummer!
