We were contacted by Greg Young of Cullman Property in Mountain Brook, AL, regarding leasing our vacation rental for an event. They are representing yet another undisclosed party of which we are to pay $5700 to secure the rental from the resort property. We would normally contact the resort property and book our stay with them. However, they do not want us to do that, they want an undisclosed entity to book the stay with the resort, and we are to pay this entity $5700, not the resort.

When we investigated Cullman Property Co., 1) a google search does not match Cullman Property Co. address and phone number with that on the contract we received, 2) Gregory Young and Cullman Property Co. is not listed with the Alabama Real Estate Commission, Birmingham Association of Realtors, or The ScamPulse.com of Central & South Alabama, and 3) whois shows the web page was just created on March 1, 2017.
