On April 1, 2020 I ordered four Flawless Color Changing Foundations. It was buy 1, get 1 free; buy 2, get 2 free + free shipping. I received confirmation of the order (#CUL25460). My credit card was charged on April 2, 2020 for $49.80. I have sent numerous emails and text messages asking when I will receive my order and all I get is that delivery is held up because of the Corona Virus. Since April 22, 2020 the tracking information shows that it is in an air logistics center via international flight. I have requested a refund and have not received a response. I know it was careless of me to order this with so little information about the company, but still feel I am due a refund. The ironic thing is that I purchased this same product from another vendor, received the product and the cost was less that what Culgadgets charged me. Please let me know what steps I can take to get either my product or a refund.
