i purchased the advertised cue vapor system from there website as advertised on TV. I did a purchase of the system for $29.99 free shipping. I received a confirmation e-mail and a copy of the transaction all on 10/27/2017. One e-mail was a update saying that the order had changed to Manual Verification Required so i called the 800 number, the rep. said she did not know why but would escalate the status so the managers could look at it, and some one would call or e-mail me to get it taken care of. That never happened. This was all on a friday . i called monday and the rep said the exact same thing that they told me friday. nothing ever happened. i called today 10/03/2017 and the rep. said the same thing again, still nothing ever happened.
