TERRIBLE

So i ordered from here in November of 2021, i gor an email of confirmation and my payment went through and yet to this date JANUARY 2022 i still have not received my order. terrible terrible TERRIBLE! i have contacted the company over 5 times and not 1 reply to any of my emails. there is no phone number to call and i’m so unhappy with my experience i would sue if i could! not worth ordering from here i give it a [censored]ing -6/10

November 7, 2021 I ordered online from Cudostudio.ca 1 CudoStudio Hooded Blanket (Teen/Adult/Avocado) from CudoStudio.ca. They sent me an Order Confirmation # 2862 of which I have attached. They charged my Mastercard on November 7, 2021 in the amount of $84.00. I have tried to e-mail their help e-mail, [email protected] and [email protected] several times and have not received a reply from them. I have never received a "shipped" email from them, so I do not have a tracking number at all. I have never received the item and never heard back from them. Since it their email is cudostudio.ca I am assuming that it is in Canada. I do not know what City or Province it is in as they do not indicate on their website at all as to where they are located and they do not have a customer service phone number on their website as well.
